Mohd Nurul Momen is a police inspector (Deputy Assistant Dicrector of RAB) in Bangladesh. He completed his Masters in Philosophy in 1998 from Dhaka University and then joined in Bangladesh police in 1999 as a police sergeant. He also worked for the Clean Air & Sustainable Environment (CASE) project at the Communication Ministry of Bangladesh, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He have taken a basic first aid course from Red Crescent Society. We wish to draw your attention to a number of publications of his. They include a philosophical work named ‘Chalok’ which focuses on life, as well as three other books on road safety. He has also researched and published papers on ways to improve the garbage management in Dhaka as well as running voluntarily workshops on road safety and driver’s remuneration and training.
